Our stay was awesome from beginning to end. Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. We had fun at the pool, loved that there were towels available for us there on site. Staff was helpful, and friendly.

This was my first time in a hotel in Mexico, so I only have American hotels to compare it to, but it was a good stay. Very clean. Staff was very polite and our requests were fulfilled promptly.

The staff that we came in contack with were very friendly and helpful. I did not like that I had to go downstaris to ask for towels and toliet paper. I was hoping we could call and someone bring them to our room without charging me. But the stay was pleasant. Thank you all for your work.
