Location is amazing. And that's the only good part. Rest all is not upto mark at all.

Food was pathetic Rooms were very old and not maintained Staff was not courteous Very very expensive food and rooms as well.

Location and view. Most cabs and auto drivers knew the property and hence easy to commute. It was reasonably closer to the main market yet nicely tucked a little away from the noise and crowd.

Rooms need an upgrade. Facilities need an upgrade. Door locks are old. There was leakage due to rains and the stairs were dripping with water from the rains. One could easily slip. There was water seepage on many walls. Restaurant buffet spread is good but quality and taste of food in breakfast and dining buffet is average. A la carte menu on the other hand was good. I was charged 5k extra for a 10 year old child for two nights which was expensive. Stay rates and breakfast rates are high for the quality offered. Hence rating a 7
