Room was quiet, comfortable and had a good location. Breakfast was good.

there was an issue on check in and check out. I booked hotel for one night for $141 including taxes. When I checked in and again on check out, hotel said room was booked for about $92 higher. Each time I had to show my booking.com reservation and confirmation for lower rate. I had to call booking.com to alert them to pricing issue. At check-out, hotel charged my card for higher amount before issuing credit for excess (about $92 refunded, which appeared on my card account this morning). It was annoying to realize I could not rely 100% on booking.com confirmation when I arrived at hotel.

The hotel is located outside of Portland. The room was nice and a good size. Parking was very convenient. The breakfast was good, but could have been better. Overall, a very good experience.

"Cheap cheerfull clean and good all roynd"

Located about two hours from Logan Boston airport. Good value for money. Pool and jacuzzi were good and an added bonus. Interconected room and a fab breaky. The lady who runs the breakfast single handed waa amazing. Fully recommend this hotel and the pub/restaurant oposite called copperfield tavern, we would deffo stay again

The hotel was very well situated, the bed was very comfortable and the linens were of great quality. The staff was extremely friendly.

Fresh fruit at breakfast would be a good thing. In our bathroom there were some s planning from the waste bin on the wall.
