The Betsy Hotel, South Beach

I stayed at The Betsy during my first time to Miami on a girls trip and it was incredible. The entire staff was unbelievably nice and helpful. It’s about a 40 minute trip from the Fort Lauderdale airport to The Betsy but we no issues at all. Checking in and out was a quick and simple. The room was beautiful, with everything we needed including the most comfortable beds! The atmosphere at this hotel is elegant and classy. Food is amazing there and my favorite was the rooftop pool with the best bar and wait staff. In fact, everyone that works at the Betsy could not be nicer! I loved the live music in the lobby almost every day and night also. I had the best time with my friends and would 100% recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Miami and are looking for an experience to make you feel special and pampered.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay—especially Juan, who went above and beyond. I also took the morning yoga class overlooking the ocean, which was such a beautiful experience, and the hotel provided the mats. The property itself is stunning, very aesthetic, and always had great music playing. Our entire group was impressed by how friendly and accommodating everyone was. The location was also a 10/10—perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, the place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and communication was always prompt and helpful. Many thanks to Fritzner, George and Juanfor being such great hosts and making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

What keeps bringing us back is not only the beautiful property, exceptional location, and outstanding service, but above all the incredible people who make every stay so memorable. Our stay became even more special when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, requiring us to extend our visit by one additional night. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Fritzner. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were truly above and beyond our expectations. He made us feel welcomed, reassured, and cared for during an unexpected change in our travel plans. We were also delighted with Room 339, which was absolutely excellent—comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend an extra night. A special thank you to Joanny at breakfast each morning. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine kindness always start our day in the best possible way. It is truly a pleasure to see her every year, and her professionalism and attention to guests make a real difference. We would also like to recognize Alexs, Gonzalo, and Ray for their exceptional service and professionalism. Their warm smiles, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations consistently enhanced our experience. They always took the time to make us feel welcome and ensured that every moment of our stay was enjoyable.
