Hall can be noisy at times but overall ok

Breakfast, the Staff and the Pool were all amazing!

No complaints! The price was worth it all.

It was out the way for me. The parking lot was full but there was parking further back which it’s dark at night walking to car. There was a rude man who turned off the lights while I was having dinner in the dining area. I asked reception if we can sit there and she said ok but 9pm is quiet time. It was approx. 820pm. The dining area was dark and we asked if the lights could be turned on. I was eating dinner with my young children no one making noise or chaos and this guy comes and takes the lights off. I got up and said we are eating and you took the lights off. He was very rude. Tells me if there isn’t enough light I think referring to light in another area but where we were sitting was dark. It was a ride and unwelcome place. He refused to give his name and even had his work badge flipped over so you can’t see. Why hide who you are if you are doing your job? I never had su h an experience. I would never go back there. It’s an unpleasant place and gloomy. My kids did briefly use the pool and the reception was courteous. In the middle of the night I needed an extra blanket and went to the lobby and the gentleman went and got it. There was nothing extra in the room but I am glad he was there and got it. Wasn’t a pleasant person but definitely not rude. The man who took the lights off was awful.
