There were 3 bath towels in the room and I had to go to the lobby to get a 4th towel so all four of us could shower. It was inconvenient, but not terrible.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the arrangements during our recent stay, which coincided with our wedding. We made our reservation approximately three weeks in advance and explicitly noted our request to have our room and those of our guests situated on the same floor. Unfortunately, this request was not honored, and the rooms were allocated across different floors. As a result, my wife—the bride—was required to move repeatedly between floors while getting ready, as it was important that we not see each other prior to the ceremony. She ultimately had to prepare in a friend’s room, which caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort on what should have been a seamless and special occasion. Given the significance of the event and the advance notice provided, this experience was both disappointing and unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and advise on how such oversights can be prevented in the future.
