Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. A reserva era para 2 pessoas, 2 camas single, mas tinha somente 1 cobertor. Solicitei outro cobertor à recepção que disse que comunicaria a camareira... solicitei à camareira que disse que perguntaria à recepção! No final não entregaram o cobertor. Além do mais o ar condicionado não funcionava direito...não aquecia adequadamente o ambiente.

Hotel poderia investir em duas situações: Primeiro : ter uma sala de café compatível ao tamanho do hotel, deixar o hóspede esperando por um lugar pra sentar naquele espaço minúsculo, é horrível. Segundo: Rio Grande do Sul é um frio sem explicação, apenas uma mantinha e um cobre leito não é legal, eu pedi duas vezes cobertas na recepção e mandaram eu ligar o ar condicionado 😂, só que não gosto de ligar o ar no quente, eu só queria uma coberta. Tirando isso, o hotel é extremamente confortável, bem localizado, consegui fazer tudo o que eu queria,pela localização do hotel

A unica reclamação foi um vento que entrava pela janela bem na terceira cama que ficava devaixo, como estava muito frio incomodou que dormiu nela. De resto excelente custo benefício.
