Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Northeast/Gwinnett Sugarloaf

To be honest, I didn’t get to stay in the hotel because of my flight being canceled . But what I can say is everyone I contacted helped me and was very professional. And when I come next year I will be staying there. Thank very much

The service could have been less deer in the headlights and more Southern.

Stayed for a short business trip in May 2025. I found the hotel did not live up to the standard one expects from a Hilton Garden Inn. I booked a studio suite room and the room looked like it was unfinished. The taps on the kitchen sink were constantly leaking; the mini-fridge that should have been fitted under the counter top was placed randomly in the middle of the kitchen because it did not fit under the counter top. The shower rail in the bathroom was heavily corroded. The room itself was very spacious and, with a bit of effort, it can be made into a fantastic hotel room. I did not try the hotel restaurant so unable to comment. If you ar absolutely struggling for a hotel to stay in the area, I guess this would be an adequate last resort option.

Our stay was great! The only negative thing was check in. We were trying to check in around 4:00pm and our room still wasn’t clean. We waited about 40 mins to get into our room.

Very convenient to where we were going. Clean, quiet and seemed very safe.

Great stay while attending event with my son. Wish breakfast would’ve been included and not $15 for basically a regular breakfast at most other places.

I was at the property one night only. When I arrive it was late so I didn't use any amenities but they look nice. The hotel is walking distance from two restaurants. The are look really clean and nice
