The room was a pet stay room the blinds fell down when I touched them the bath tub facetwere loose I didn’t fell safe

When I told the front desk all they said that’s because it’s a pet room the bathroom door had been chewed by someone dog I didn’t get the incidental pay back which was $50 but then then I had to pay pay 20 $20 per dog per per night and I didn’t find that out until I went at the desk to check in

The front desk lady was GREAT. She was very accommodating to my needs and helped me with early check-in and turns out she was a EAGLES fan native of Germantown.

The king studio room was ok but the floors were warped and the room temperature was cold took way to long to warm up. Breakfast was horrible and the selections were limited to none. Only thing passable was the waffle and juice.
