I like everything in this hotel - location, territory, pools, views from the rooms. The biggest treasure of this hotel - staff. Always helpful, always supportive, always professional, not just formal. Great reception staff, Johanna(massage), Airport transfer/excursions ladies - special thank you! 5 times in this hotel and will come again(despite tried another hotels).

Please -please add 0 alcohol wine and cava into the wine choice. I do not drink alcohol currently - but I still want to have glass of wine in my hand to enjoy view or meal....

Sehr sauber, empfehlenswert Platinum buchen, wenn man Ruhe am Infinitypool und beim Essen sucht.( nur Erwachsene und abgegrenzt von Lärm).

Das Netz am Tennisplatz würde eine Erneuerung vertragen.

Sehr, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Platinum Option sehr zu empfehlen, um den Trubel am Pool und im Restaurant zu umgehen, weil nur Erwachsene zum Infinity Pool und Aerea Platinum Restaurant Zugang haben.

Ein kleines Manco auf dem Tennisplatz . Das Netz sollte erneuert werden.
