Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Lage ist phänomenal, die Pools sind groß und reichen mehr als aus, der Strand ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt, das Essen und der Service sind super (sogar als Mensch mit Glutenunverträglichkeit findet man hier diverse Dinge und wenn man fragt, gehen die Mitarbeiter mit einem rum und zeigen was man alles es kann und was nicht, alternativ werden sogar glutenfreie Produkte gemacht), unser Zimmer war sehr schön und das Foyer ist wahnsinnig extravagant.

Warum dann eine 9/10? Ein kleines Manko sind die hellhörigen Wände. Man hört, vor allem Nachts, das poltern und Reden der anderen Gäste schon relativ laut und ich zumindest ich bin davon 2-3 mal wach geworden. Das ist aber wirklich nur ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen.

The best part of this hotel is the pool area! Really nicely kept with a lot of plants and clean pools.

The worst part of the experience was staff, on average only 1 out of 10 workers were nice and polite, the rest are ignorant and rude. Really sad that an overall nice place can so much degrade in value due to staff attitude. Food was medium quality, not too bad but most of the cooked food was very oily, vegetables and fruit the lowest quality, tasteless. Only oranges were local and what you expect on the island they grow, the rest of fruit and veggies is what you can get at the supermarket at lowest cost. Might be challenging for those who stick to a healthy balanced diet. Hotel itself is okay, more or less what you can expect for the price. Did we enjoy an overall experience? Yes. Will we come back? No. One time in this hotel was enough :)

De zwembaden zijn erg mooi en ruim, het eten is lekker en het is ook fijn dat er twee a la carte restaurants zijn, voor de variatie. Verder is alles erg schoon en netjes en is het personeel aardig

Kamers zijn ietwat verouderd, net zoals sommige faciliteiten.
