Like that I could check in earlier than most places.

My room was near the back door on the first floor. It was so loud closing of the door with people coming in and out. The back door was not secure. Even though it said to use your key to get in, it wasn't necessary because there was a big hole where the lock goes. Not secure at all. The covers were stained. My room was very cold. I had to ask for extra blankets ..then in the middle of the night the heat kicked in and out..smelled like fire in the room.My check out was 11am. The cleaning crew was so loud at 830am..then at 930am, like they were trying to wake me up so they could clean my room. Very rude. So I did not have a good rest.
