It was in a great location

There was nothing wrong with the property

Everything, except it was pretty dirty. Especially the floors all through the building, even the elevator, and the exercise room.

The floors were dirty, the room smelled like dirty socks, and the little frig had water in it. I wiped everything down and cleaned the frig before using it. The floor in the room was swept, but not scrubbed. I spilled water making coffee and the towel I grabbed to wipe it up was brown with dirt after I wiped up the water. I showed the lady at the desk. Thanks

I like the breakfast selection, the area was clean, well lit, friendly assistant, the food was tasty

Clean, no carpet, good size, had fridge

Road noise. A bit too much light coming through the front window. Door seal was terrible. I could see light all around the door and hear all the hallway noise all night long. Bed only comfortable if you slept on your back. Pillows super overstuffed!

We did not stay the two days we booked, only one day, so you got a free day to book someone else at our expense. 😞

The room was small, I asked for handicap accessibility and was told we would have it, but when we arrived we were told it wasn't available. We didn't like the small bathroom and sink in the main sleeping area.

It was close to everything

The manager and the cleaning crew was unprofessional

I like the overall cleanliness of the establishment. And the breakfast staff was very polite and friendly.

The floor in our bedroom was a bit sticky. Also I would have appreciated someone telling us that there is a daily key reset. Would have prevented the back and forth. However it's just a minor annoyance.
