Staff very rude, rooms need updating. Our bathroom door was splitting we couldn’t close it. They give you a separate bill for the security deposit and tell you they have to inspect the room before you will get the money back and that could take 3-4 days.

The front desk was polite, that was the best. The room was at least clean but not like the pictures. Our showers were like a shower & bath at the same time. Smelled of weed all night. The pool looked very dirty, would not swim there. Had to pay $100 incidentals fee, yes it’s refundable but seems excessive.

Second time staying here in the last 2 months. I will consider using again.

My door failed to read the key card when I got in Saturday night. So I had to change rooms because no one could fix it until Monday. Very inconvenient, they had to use a regular key to access the room. I ended up leaving something and it wasn't they're the next morning as house keeping had anyway cleaned the room.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and nice, and the complimentary breakfast was a plus. Definitely coming back with the kiddos next time
