The size of the motel room was spacious. The board walk is very close and we enjoyed this. You could walk to restaurants and stores. (Perce is very small). The ‘kitchenette’ was very limited. View from room was a huge disappointment . Check room location before booking.

Amazing view of Perce Rock, A little noisy as it's close to the road. Needs sound proofing. Nice friendly restaurant attached to property, nice boardwalk along the shore.

This hotel is convenient but not extremely comfy. No toilet seat, coffee machine did not work, only one night table, walls are thin as paper… simple things but they make a difference. Especially at a rate of 160s per night. The only plus is that it’s right on the ocean and everything is very accessible from that location. Wifi was good but parking limited in front of the room.
