A delightfully clean, non chain , overnight accomodation. Pride of ownership is evident all over the property. it's clean, tidy and comfy. What more could one want in modestly price lodgings.

Nice location as long as your room is not next to the road - garbage trucks coming very early as well as traffic noise.

The room was poorly design. The bed was just in front of the bathroom. We had to go to bathroom by squeezing ourselves between bed and the door! The Wi-Fi never worked.

I could see Perce Rock from my room. The room was clean and the surroundings were beautiful.

The hotel staff were the only real good thing to say about this motel, other that it was centrally located, However, the rooms were last updated in the 70's at best and the lights were all very dim to mask the dinginess of the room. The beds springs were shot. Safety lock on the door was busted

Convenient parking required backing the length of the hotel out into traffic. Security chain was broken and not replaced until next morning. The GFI plug in bathroom didn't work so hair dryer had to be used in bedroom. The staff didn't know what a GFI was and asked if I spoke english when I tried to explain. The bed cover had a wet spot when we arrived and had to be replaced. And finally, I had an unexplained scrape on the top of my feet when I awoke in the morning. I like to tuck my feet over the end of the mattress when sleeping On the plus side, the location, overlooking Perce Rock and at the end of the new boardwalk, was very nice.

I enjoyed my stay if I had more time would have stayed longer
