Excellent location, comfortable room reasonable breakfast and very helpful staff. Particular mention should be made of the concierge, Ivan.

The hotel should probably have more elevators . The current 2 elevators are inadequate for a large hotel.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El desayuno fue bien rico, variado y los meseros muy atentos. La piscina no pude verla, y tampoco el gimnasio, no lo necesitamos

O atendimento foi excelente! A localização também. Vi reclamações de barulho nos comentários de avaliação, mas o quarto em que ficamos (10º andar) era muito silencioso. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, bem ventilado, com vista paradisíaca da orla da Copacabana.

A limpeza do rejunte do banheiro poderia estar mais caprichada. O trilho do box de banho merece substituição.
