Very friendly, professional staff. The facilities were spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was good quality and selection - especially for the price. I highly recommend this place.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was very large with lots of space. Everything was really clean.

Needs a second elevator.

Breakfast was good sausage and bacon for options would have been great if sausage was served during our stay..

That we had to come down stairs for our extra sheets,blankets and tissue when needed.

For the most part the facilities we clean. The property is in a great location.

The property was not well maintained. When I arrived to check in, there was a guy complaining about his toilet being backed up and how he had complained the day before and still nothing was fixed. The front desk gave the guy a plunger to plunge the toilet himself while stating maintenance was gone for the day. My room was fine, until we used the shower. My entire bathroom and hallway flooded from the shower because there was nothing blocking the water from exiting the shower area. Whoever did the shower floor made it completely flat and there was nothing blocking strip on the bottom of the shower door to hold water in. This resulted in us having to get more towels so we could soak up the water. We also had four people in our room. Our room had a bed and a pull out couch. The bed on that couch was nothing but SPRINGS covered by mattress material! NO CUSHIONING whatsoever! It was horrible. For a hotel, you would expect for the mattress on a pull out to be the same (or better) quality as you would have at home. It’s NOT!! I had to go buy a mattress topper to put over it. I could have just gone somewhere else and got a room with two beds. I spent more between room and mattress topper than I would have for one room with two beds. Then there was the issue of a cat. I am allergic to cats and they put us by a room that had a cat. Pets were not supposed to be allowed but the guy at the front desk said they allow cats. When I complained about my allergy reactions the next morning, the manager said there are not supposed to be cats allowed in the hotel. This place is not run very well and has a lot of issues.

Our room wasn't ready, there was a guest still in the room. It smelled real bad of pot.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and respectful with a great attitude. She were very helpful and her hospitality was so nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable
