Location near King St Metro & Amtrak station is amazing!! Lots of comfortable pillows. Lots of bottled water provided. Front desk staff was excellent A+++.

Rooms dated but adequate. Bathroom shower head didn't adjust, bathtub has sinkhole in middle - doesn't drain well, rust stains in tub, sink had mold - bathroom just in need of general maintenance & deep cleaning. Pool inoperable.

"Exceptional"

Excellent location, comfortable rooms and great staff. Suggestions for improvement: Overnight parking is very tight; I wish the spaces were a little bigger (and safer) I wouldn’t mind paying a little more. Also No closet hanging space or bathroom fans.

"We had a great stay! Betty at the front desk was amazing!"

It’s in a beautiful area. It was very clean and comfortable.

The parking garage is underground and extremely tight. We couldn’t fit a small minivan into the spaces, as most were marked for compact cars.

"Great location, very nice people and modern rooms."

The hotel was excellent. My only complaint was the bathtub was weird shaped and had me a little concerned getting in and out using the shower.

The location was perfect and the staff was outstanding.

"Great location. Friendly staff BUT the room smelled damp and moldy."

Location was great. Very close to metro and convenient to great places to eat. King street trolly was free!

Room was damp and smelled moldy. Dehumidifiers in every room but the first room it was not running. Very kind lady at the front desk moved us to a new room which was better but still not great.
