The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cold, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also loved the bed—it was very comfortable and helped us get a great night's sleep.

While we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, there were several issues that negatively affected our experience. The playground had a noticeable urine smell, which made it unpleasant for children to use. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout our stay. We reported the issue twice, but unfortunately no improvement was made. There was also a water puddle on the second-floor walkway caused by overflowing air-conditioning drainage. This created a slipping hazard, and my toddler accidentally slipped and bumped his head. We hope this safety concern can be addressed promptly. Additionally, the cabana and umbrella rental fees were quite expensive, especially since these amenities are complimentary at many other hotels. In the kitchenette, there were no paper towels provided and no new dishwashing sponge available, which would have been appreciated for guests preparing meals. Overall, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly regarding safety, cleanliness, amenities, and guest services.
