The lobby, the pool area, the wristbands we got, the breakfast was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful And it was a 3 min walk to hardrock cafe.

Beds were a bit springy and would have preferred a whole 180 mattress, but each to their own I guess

The hotel lobby interior was filled with vegetation, almost like a forest. The whole setting around Las Américas was definitely a strong point in favour of the property.

It would’ve been nice to have easier access to the rooftop pools

Нас тоже привітно зустріли,дуже швидко зареєстрували ,не дивлячись на те що на зовні готелю було дуже шумно ввечері в номері було тихо та комфортно,зручне ліжко,особливо приємно було що номер був з терасою та шизлонгами на ньому .сніданки були з різноманітними фуршет великий вибір,також готель пропонує вечері за приємною ціною також за системою фуршет також хороший вибір ,хороше розташування не далеко до набережної,неподалік є декілька пляжів,багато магазинів поруч

Prosecco on arrival was nice treat, Up experience was great and worth the money, No issues getting a sunbed at any time of the day, Staff were lovely, Location is fantastic

The room needs some tlc for the price we paid for a pool view room for example sockets loose on wall , scratch marks and chips on all furniture, Noise in the room coming from above, below and especially the hallway you can even hear the lifts, Rooms partially cleaned everyday fresh sheets would have been nice
