Bed was comfortable.. clean space

Shower was stopped up and couldn't get hot water to work.. had to take a cold shower in a tub full of water.. front desk lady said it was they way I turned the handle...you could clearly see someone had already been working on it before the room was given to us- the tub spout was unscrewed. Being in the utility industry and repairing countless showers- I asked for a snake or anything to clear the clog or a different room to at least take a shower in and was told no. There was another guest checking out that offered me his room- I declined due to the front desk clerk couldn't deactivate his card and reactivate one so I could have any assurance the other guest wouldn't return. Not a good experience.

"Check our time was 12 my key stopped working at 1130. I had no access to the stairs or Ice"

The pool was closed and it was 900 degrees outside. My children wanted to swim. We were not aware of this until after check in. No discount was offered. I paid full price for not full amenities.
