The rooms were clean.

We had to wait 4hours past 3:00 to check in. Despite the reasons, we should have had the option to get a refund. The pool was too small and .no jacuzzi. We could have spent the same amount for a hotel on the beach with ocean view and many more accommodations. I can honestly say the faculty i spoke with were pretty friendly, especially the lady at checkout. The lady that checked us in was nice but i think she could really care less that we had a car full of wet kids waiting to get a room. I just know that we will NEVER stay at this location again EVER.

Tv didn’t work with remote to turn on/off, channel and volume did. Had to manually turn it on/off on the tv itself. Found cockroach in bathroom. Shower head moldy

You can tell this hotel receives a certain standard of guest based on the repairs and overall quality of their rooms and furnishings. The first room we was given smelled like cigarettes and mildew, the carpet around the room had patched repairs from where I’m assuming pervious guests destroyed. After refusing to settle in that room we were given a second room and it wasn’t any better. My wife and I eventually decided to go to a local store to purchase some bedding, Lysol and other cleaning supplies to make our stay a bit better. We were traveling with our grandson so we wanted to utilize the pull out couch but quickly opted for a different solution due to the stains on the mattress cover
