"Moldy room"

4.0

While I think overall this is a nice hotel, my room had black mold along the ceiling and wall top near the window. It also had a moldy smell. The small table in the room had sticky stuff on it and rings from cups. I was very disappointed for this hotel that was rated very high.

"Nice experience"

Great stay, clean hotel and friendly staff. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday. Only complaint we have is no cleaning service on the weekends so from Friday and Saturday we had no service. We were able to get fresh towels from the front desk though so that wasn't so bad.

The front desk staff was and is Amazing. Joanne the cleaning staff was very attentive to every guest always asking if I needed assistance. Our room was 134 the shower for handicapped was broken the showered head hit my foot extremely painful, explained to the front desk they had it fixed immediately. Our room was a connected room and we were next to a very loud family we were offered to move but we were only at the hotel for 1 night. Would definitely stay again. The pool outside was very clean and cool.

We had stay at this location several times, and never had a bad experience. The staff is great and do a good job. Our room has always been clean and it's quiet at night. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we will probably be staying there again.
