We had requested and were approved for an early check-in for which we were charged and willing to pay. When we arrived our room was not available. We waited until 2:30 when it should have been ready for 1:00. We purposely arranged our schedule for the early check-in. Later when we were checking out our receipt showed the charge. We had to argue with them to get it removed. We were very frustrated.

Very clean.. comfortable beds...we had hair in our tub and a dark round mArk but we were only there one night. Told the front desk and they helpful

Wasn’t a safe place to be at night. Elevator ride had scary people in it. Police knocked on door at 3:00 am in the morning checking to see if we were ok.
