The room is filthy. The bed is uncomfortable. The hotel reaks of marijuana, couples arguing/screaming outside

Bed was comfy.

Discriminatory and medically unsafe. I was illegally charged a 'pet fee' for a Task-Trained Service Dog, which violates both the ADA and Florida Statute 413.08. The staff refused to acknowledge federal law and attempted to confine a medical service animal to the first floor only. Most concerningly, after being cornered and harassed, I experienced a medical episode (aura) on-site. Instead of assistance, I was met with continued hostility and a refusal to provide a safe environment. I have filed formal complaints with the Florida DBPR and the DOJ. If you are a Service Dog handler, avoid this property at all costs—they do not respect civil rights or medical necessity. Oh and the pool was NOT heated and at night the underlying signage shines through and says SLEEP instead of Wingate. (Only at night)

I ordered and paid for 2 beds but when I got there they only had 1 beds available.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was great with grab bars everywhere and a rubber mat in the tub. I felt totally safe.

Breakfast wasn't the best! No person attending anything, Maily out of everything and I was there at 7:45am. Front desk person was not there from 7:50am and we left at 8:20am and still no one there

really nothing. The first room I was given, it smelled moldy and musty. I had to ask for another room. That one smelled but not as bad. I wont be using this place again!!

Clean room great staff

Tent city in back of facility. party at pool, with very loud music people camped out in parking lot mostly loud drunk and obnoxious . I am grateful for Expedia getting me all my money back. I would strongly suggest they be removed from the web site. I was in fear at this establishment and the owners did nothing. Not safe at all
