"INFESTATION"

My wife & I were traveling for a revival & chose this hotel, hoping it would be a wonderful stay. There was bugs in the room. On the ceiling & walls. Notified the front desk after checking in & had to change rooms around 11:30 pm. Another guest came down with the same issue during our check out the next morning. Couldn't hardly sleep due to the bedding looked dirty. Ceiling was water damaged & covered with Killz in both rooms. We requested a late checkout, but left early due to the condition of the room & terrible experience. I wll not recommend to anyone. We stay in Charlotte all the time as traveling ministers. Totally disappointed & frustrated.
