Comfort Inn Martinsville

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. The television was a smart TV and you had to use your own streaming service to watch anything. Disappointing considering how much it cost.

This is somewhat a repetitive question, since I just indicated what I like in the above comments.

I love the area.

I was moved twice in one night due to my rooms having no warm water. No one was willing to come and fix the water or even give me a discount. And the toilet was not clean.

I was disappointed that the front desk staff was not sure how to check in for Hotels.com reservation, only activated our room key for one night though we had reserved for two, and could not assist with making the WiFi connection work. So we spent one night without WiFi access. The front desk staff on March 15 was able to resolve the WiFi issue. It's worth noting that though I reserved a room with two queen beds, I'm fairly certain the beds were double beds. The breakfast offering was decent and the staff who managed the buffet was very helpful.

Room had lady bugs everywhere, sheets had blood and food stains , no light in the bathroom and no internet so tv did not work .

Booked for two nights but left after about twenty minutes due to finding a bedbug on the bed !!

I checked and checked back out 15 minutes later. When I got to my room there was no telephone which was not that big deal however they had TV but NO channels to watch. Per the front desk clerk, she said that the room I had was an older tv that did not accept wifi channels or cable. Absolutely absurd. I recorded the entire conversation and was absolutely shocked. I then went 1 mile up the road and stayed at the Hampton Inn that had working TV and telephone for about the same price. I will never stay at a comfort inn again after that experience. I tried to get a refund to avail.

We enjoyed our stay… staff was very helpful and polite!
