I have a serious problem with Best Western because I booked the room for a handicapped friend (Leonard Ward) from Arizona and used my Chase Visa credit card to book the room but when we arrived and checked in the lady at the front desk could not speak English very good and my friend from Arizona and I were both charged $122.74 for the room. I have contacted Chase about the problem and filed a grievance with them but Chase says they can not help me with the problem until my friend sends a "screen shot" showing we both paid for the room but my friend in Arizona is not "tech savvy" and can't hep resolve the problem. I gave Chase Mr. Ward's credit card number (with Mr Ward's consent) and date of expiration but Chase says they can not help me unless I send them the scrren shot of Mr. Ward's card showing that he also paid for the room...understand??

Locatie. Airport was heel dichtbij. Kwam ons heel goed uit ivm de tijden van onze vluchten. Je moet wel een auto naar de airport. Personeel is heel relaxt

Restaurant en winkels in de buurt zeer beperkt. Shuttle rijdt alleen tussen 4 en 11. Onze beide vluchten vielen buiten deze tijd.
