The Inn On Third

This is definitely a great find in downtown Saint Pete! Everthing about our experience was perfect. From the last minute phone call to the owner trying to get a room downtown for one night. Brian was so accommodating, I actually couldn’t believe it. In lieu of the way customer service has gone downhill in so many industries, it was so refreshing to have someone on the line that was welcoming and inviting. My husband and I ending up getting there early which no problem that day. We encountered a smiling, welcoming desk clerk, a beautiful, clean and comfortable room. We felt safe and welcome and happy. Great rate too. Sadly we could only stay the one night but, we will definitely return. The parking next to the hotel in a word was fabulous!! No hassling with valets!

Great location, owner is super friendly, nice rooms, and free wine in the evening social hour.

We love this hotel. It has an antique flare to it. Everything was great. The only thing it would have made it better was if it had a small or outdoor seating area inside the building.

There was nothing to dislike

We enjoyed returning to The Inn on Third and the small old hotel feel. Brian and Stephanie and Jacob are very welcoming and carry on conversations with the guests during breakfast and happy hour in the lobby. This hotel is the perfect alternative to a cookie cutter chain. We'll be back.
