We were not able to stay - they said our booking was for one room even though we had confirmation for two rooms - we are waiting on a refund. They canceled our stay

Rude staff - not helpful at all. They were rude because we used a third party to book the rooms

The walls were thin so when the room next to ours turned on their tub, it was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk.
