Customer service. We tried calling to make resevations kept getting hung up. Called when reservstions were made tried calling to see if rooms could be next to each other answered hing up. Called back and no amswer 5 times. Called from different number and then picked up. When you pass by front desk no friendliness. Checked out via text and had said i didnt check out. No.fridge in room. My bed had stains on them

Stay and hotel are awful. Cable wasn't working on TV, Wifi didn't work at all and breakfast was completely awful. Staff was extremely rude and didn't care about anything besides their phone.

1st Room key didn't work, replaced the key. No signal on tv. They spent 15 to 20 minutes trying to fix it. Had to repack and move to another room where once again no signal on tv. The desk clerk worked on it another 15 or 20 minutes. He got it to work with only some of the even number channels working. The only hotel I've stayed at in many years without a coffee maker in room. This all took a lot of time. Had to be at airport at 3:30 am. Never got much sleep. I thought the hotel might compensate us a little for all the inconvenience. Not a word was said. Will not be with this hotel again.

Highway construction made it difficult for rideshare drivers to find.

Liked it was close to MOA

Wasn’t clean, hair in bathtub, no fridge, no microwave, my friend found a condom wrapper in her room and when she asked for refund they told her only refund she’ll get is if she leaves the hotel & stays elsewhere.
