My hubby went down around 8:00 am for some fruit and he said when he got down there, people were acting like animals around the food and he just turned around and came back. I take medication and need something so he went back down around 8:30 and was able to grab some sausage and eggs, which were great! I felt sorry for the staff as these people were acting like wild animals. No fault to the staff!

I really wanted to relax in the hot tub, which at the time was closed due to maintenance, but totally understandable.

The location near I-5 was great, and quiet, with restaurants very nearby. Breakfast was great, and our room was clean and comfortable. Hubby left a valuable item when we left, and the helpful staff retrieved it and are mailing it.

Our bed was squeaky; just a little squeak, but every time we moved on it. I did inform the staff when we left.

The location was great, near I-5, but quiet, and there were choices of restaurants very nearby. The staff were friendly and there was a great breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

No complaints. The bathrooms showed a few signs of age.

Pool and hot tub was broken, No water pressure in the morning, Dust everywhere, breakfast was beyond skinny, no fruit, waffle maker was broken, staff was very dismissive
