Easy check in. Had no problems.

It looked cheap and kind of worn down for the price paid. Bed was not very comfortable.

Missing outlet covers, tub looked dirty and pool didn’t look clean , breakfast was not appealing we wouldn’t eat it, was not easy to get in and out of l.

Don’t respect the costumer and staff’s behavior is so roots management is not good not clean room .

The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, there were enough pillows, & the towels were super soft.

The carpet was stained & torn and it smelled musty. It was noisy from the traffic on Hill Rd.

Room door safety latch broken, door dead bolt would not ingage. This is a major security problem. A/C fan noise all night could not sleep! Room 309

It was nearby family that we were visiting.

Fire alarm went off at 2:27am while our baby was sleeping. The staff told us that it went off due to someone smoking in their hotel room. Also, the hotel was not very clean.
