USI've stayed here a few times. The staff has always been nice. The price has always been reasonable. It's close to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within driving distance. There's a dunkin' donuts right next door. They also offer breakfast, which was good, sausages, eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, etc.
The times I've stayed before, the place was much cleaner than this time around. You could smell the cleanliness the moment you entered the lobby. The bed and bathroom were clean. However, the carpets in the room, as well as the hallway, can benefit from some steam cleaning/shampooing. The facility is also becoming quite dated and could benefit from a little upgrade like some holes on the doors in the room on the 3rd floor, which I stayed in first, and the door locks were loose. The room on the first floor was much better, but the carpet needed cleaning. The hallway also smelled like weed.

The door to the bathroom had some holes on it, and the lock to the room was loose. The carpets in the room and hallway could use some steam cleaning/shampooing. The place definitely has potential. It just needs some updating.
