Hotel was booked through booking.com Got Confirmation and my boss was woken up in middle of night with someone trying to get into his room. Then called down to front desk saying he only booked for one night. Made him get up and rebook the second night. Very unprofessional and the lady at front desk no help with coffee in am etc.. will not be staying here again!! Terrible!
