Days Inn by Wyndham Queensbury/Lake George

The location is good

From the minute you pull up it looks like a Motel, very dark and dingy looking. The room was really bad, not clean at all, has a smell the minute you open the door. We felt so uncomfortable we couldn’t even stay in the room for more than an hour. We looked for another hotel within the hour of being there! The messed up thing is, they know how bad it is that they have a no refund or cancellation policy! Just horrible! Do your self a favor and stay clear, not worth the money

The 5.9 rating for this property was too generous. I would rate it a 4 out of 10. The room was dusty with hair and a bit of trash on the bathroom floor. No soap in the shower or tissues in the room. The AC was inadequate. The breakfast was very meager. The staff was very pleasant and tried to help with the AC. I would not stay again.

We ended up not staying the room was absolutely disgusting and had horrible smell the place is run down big time , it is definitely nothing like it shows on the app, also we found out it is a local drug house for people to stay @

It was so bad I requested a refund and left. They said the would refund me and then refused to communicate with booking.com to make the refund happen. Terrible! Do not stay here! Also the owner is not friendly at all. So miserable and unaccomidating

Would not recommend. The linens were stained dirty and only enough to accommodate for half of our party. They then just pointed to the linen closet to have us get our own. They claim they offer a continental breakfast, but it only consisted of chewy bars and a package of entiman's donuts. They did not have any "do not disturb" signs in stock. They resealed the parking lot during our stay, gave no notice, and didn't have it roped off so our car tires got covered in tar. They didn't provide any extra rolls of toilet paper. The room absolutely reaked of mold and mildew. We were very, very disappointed in our stay.

On the highway. Ac not working

This hotel should be condemned. It was so bad and so dirty (including bugs in the beds). Filthy rooms, dirty sheets, A/C didn't work, Fridge didn't work. We asked to change rooms and saw 3 other rooms which were exactly the same! Unlivable. Needless to say, we left and went to another hotel! I took pics,to prove. I will NEVER do business with Expedia again. Shame on you Expedia for suggesting and booking that health hazard !!!!

Our stay was disappointing. We were only there for 1 night to sleep after attending a concert at SPAC. We checked in, dropped off our stuff and headed to the concert. By the time we returned and discovered the chain on the toilet was broken, it was late and we were leaving first thing in the morning for home. So we didn't report it. Now I just looked at my bank account and I was charged $150 on top of the price of the room - not sure what that is for.

The table was with sticky stains. All around wasn’t clean.
