Lovely pool and hot tub, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Comfy beds. Lovely hot showers.

The house/apartment was very cold when we got there and seemed like it had been empty a while. Just starting to look a bit dated / worn out. The heating helped but it was still pretty chilly overnight.

Location is good and lovely grounds to walk around in.

Premium villa no better in quality than standard villas previously stayed in. Not worth having to pay the extra money. Bugs on floor in bathroom, blankets in 1 room not both, bed too soft and tv stopped working.

The townhouse was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We have stayed here before and it has never disappointed.

I booked a two bedroom unit with one double bed room and one room with two single beds through booking.com and unfortunately the hotel and booking.com did not communicate very well as beds were not configured as wanted. We had arrived very late at night and were lucky that teenage siblings agreed to share a bed so it did not negatively impact our stay.

Location of the property value for money and facilities

The dinner we had at you bar and Bistro was of average quality for money paid. ordering an entrees and it coming out with our meals was disappointing. The couple we were dining with had their meals delivered 10 mins prior although ordered at the same time on same table number.

Location is great and staff were lovely

The outdoor spa was not hot, the room I booked was supposed to have a fireplace (pictures of a fireplace were shown in the listing) but it did not have one. Beds were uncomfortable, bathrooms were not overly clean. The breakfast was absolutely terrible - half the items were not on display, tables were not clean, there was no clean cutlery or salt/pepper on tables. The worst breakfast I’ve ever had and I have stayed here 5 times in the past, I won’t be back
