Pointes North Inn

This was listed as having a full kitchen. It had a small refrigerator, a two burner stove and a countertop convection oven, no microwave or dishwasher. The three pans it had did not have lids and there were no dishes to use in the convection oven. It was marginally clean - lots of dust behind the bed and not it very good repair. The electric baseboard heaters were beat up and one didn't even have a cover. It was behind the bed and did have a lot of dust. The baseboard heater in the kitchen had a hole cut in the cabinet so the heater could go through it. There was only one smoke detector in the condo - in the hall. It had very few outlets and each one of those had more than two things plugged into it. The screen to the patio was in need of repair.

We had 2 suites and they were both very nice and were decorated with different themes. They have all of the amenities one would expect and the Jacuzzi tub is a nice bonus. The gold fixtures in one of the bathrooms make it a bit dated, but everything worked fine and was spotless. There is even a screened in porch with patio furniture. It was a little too cool out to take advantage of on this trip, but I can image it being very pleasant setting out there having coffee in the morning or watching all of the activity in the evening. Though it sets very close to the road, with the sliding door closed, we never even noticed the traffic noise. All of the shops, restaurants and pubs are within 2 blocks and the marina park is just across the road. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with friends. We were able to walk to shop, to the beach, to a nice restaurant to eat. Nice offer by Expedia, but be aware that the Inn charged me more than Expedia quoted.

It's a bit older, 1980's renovation probably, but very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. We would go back again.

Did a night out for Valentine's Day eve. Walked to get dinner, drinks, and did some shopping. We like this place due to its proximity to the above activities and the fact it has a living area separate from the sleeping area. The fridge, microwave, and small bar sink are a nice feature. The only drawback is the road noise.

Was impressed with how clean it was and how homey it felt. We didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel at all but more of an apartment. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our only disappointment was that the pool closed w the lobby at 5pm so we were unable to go swimming.

Hotel was awesome. Would of liked to stay longer. Was nice walking to local bars. Great atmosphere. Would definitely would highly recommend this hotel.

We reserved 3 rooms for our family to stay while we visited our daughter in the hospital. All three rooms were large, comfortable, clean and just great. They all were suites. They each had a Jacuzzi hot tub in them. They had a small refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, shower besides the tub, king bed, double sized sleeper sofa, and tv in the bedroom and living area. Very nice. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that would have made it more competitive would have been a free continental breakfast and lobby coffee.

Great stay everything was in pristine condition! You will not be disappointed

Location was good. Front desk staff helpful. Hotel room had a musty odor and the HVAC vents were in need of cleaning.
