The staff let us check in 2 hrs early. Very close to the Hard Rock

We asked for a non-smoking room. As soon as we opened the door, it smelled as if it had just been smoked in. I did complain, but i was told that they can not help that people do not follow the rules. We slept on top of the blankets because the sheets had stains. Random people knocking on our door at 11:30 pm and then 6:45 am, looking for the same guy. The nightstand doors wouldn't stay shut. Usually, I don't mind staying overnight in a slightly rundown room, but this was over the top gross!

Holes stains in bedding. Even the blankets were stained and had holes in them. Seriously????Had to request sheets to be changed due to clearly visible stains …The room STUNK of cigarettes. Said smell in carpet. No refunds allowed. Dirty tissue in drawer with tshirt. Tissue under bed . Overall it should be taken off the booking.com site. Even the lobby was filthy 😡😡😡. Had to call police and front desk after midnight. Fight broke out at hotel. Had to call 911..Hotel would not give any compensation. Terrible. They know the hotel is a shit hole just living off the income. Shut it down

Nothing. It was disgusting and out dated and it was a miserable night.

Bed was a rock, place was dirty. I needed nonsmoking because I am an asthmatic and it freaked of smoke

For the price I didn’t expect much difference. Staff was friendly and helpful, not the cleanest and relatively loud company in the area

You have to pay for parking

Maintenance horrible 😕

When I got to my room it was cigarette burns everywhere and dirty towels and wash clothes the shower was filthy don’t recommend this place
