Near the airport and some local shops

There was hair all over the bed , and the duvet has more hair and carpet stinks terrible, no hair dryer. Breakfast was also not good.

"We were grateful to get this in an emergency."

We were grateful to be able to get a room here when Chicago canceled hundreds of flights. By the time we got there, they were turning people away. Our room was appropriately clean. I believe our sheets had been changed, and the towels were clean.

The toilet didn’t work very well, and the breakfast was quite minimal and they were out of many things. I do want to say in their defense, though that their hotel was suddenly inundated with guests because of the airport shut down. I believe that’s why some people felt they got rooms that hadn’t even been cleaned.

kind of gross in some stuff like they had used paper towels in a drawer. and some stains on the laundry.

I was not pleased by any means! Will not return

The room was absolutely disgusting. The bottom of the sheets were filthy. The shower stunk Not to mention the breakfast really shouldn't even be on there. You have pancakes, bagels, and cereal that's it! Most certainly not a "breakfast" And then the hallways smells like straight up bleach!

"Ok for a one a one night stay"

The bed, sheets and blankets were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and updated. Continental breakfast in the morning.

The room needs updating. Feels old. While the mattress is comfortable, the beds were on an aluminum box frame that made a loud noise if your feet hit it. Lobby and elevators were not clean and smelled like cigarette smoke.
