"It was okay, needs renovation for rooms considering price."

Close to airport

Called hotel 3 times and kept me on hold without sending shuttle, had to take taxi, 5 min ride for $28. Room was quite old looking.

"Good, noisy at night, a lot of young kids running in hallways yelling and unsupervised"

The young concierge who solved our problem, very polite, resourceful, and highly professional

The older concierge who checked us in, not helpful, not polite, did not gave us the accessible room we asked, instead gave us a shower seat. Also was about to charge us extra for one of us, although we were all confirmed to stay in (a party of 5)
