Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport

I’m always open to pay a bit more for a good stay, in this case I payed more and got the loudest Hotel ever . Doors slamming because you have to from the outside otherwise the door isn’t closed. Then people running and talking in the Hallway all night.

Free coffee and pleasant staff. The bed was very comfortable

The sound proofing could have been better.

I want to give special recognition to the staff Lance, Kammy, Juan and Gurpal. There was a guy there yesterday yelling at staff being abuse. I was standing there in aw at how professional the staff remained being called thief. The guy obviously had house problems and decided to take it out on other and from what I overheard he is not even stayed at the hotel. Diego was his name I believe cause I decided I am staying with Lance until he left in case he attacked the poor young man.

We arrived back in our room in the evening, after being gone all day, and it smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. When I told the front desk, they offered to change rooms, which we did, but didn't seem to believe us that the room smelled like smoke. All of our clothes and bags smelled terrible, including the remaining clean clothes we had for our trip.

All was good, especially permitting to eat in the room.

Prices in their restaurant is a bit high, but customer service really great.

Staff is very friendly and helpful

Room and towels are very outdated and with obvious stains. AC is loud while sleeping. Airport shuttle has very limited seats, it's good idea to plan getting on bus earlier than you hope.
