Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport and was very impressed. The complimentary airport shuttle was one of the highlights, it ran on time, was easy to use, and made traveling to and from Pearson completely hassle-free. I also really appreciated the location. It’s within walking distance to a nearby bus stop, which makes it easy to get around the area without needing a car. On top of that, there are a few fast-food restaurants close by, which was convenient for a quick bite. Inside, the hotel is well-kept, modern, and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a cozy bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were professional and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport is an excellent choice if you’re flying in or out of Pearson. Between the convenience of the shuttle, the walkability, and the comfortable rooms, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

The staff is kind and patient.

I paid the deposit that was requested upon check-in. When I checked out, I specifically asked how and when I would receive it. I was told that it would be automatically transferred back to my card. However, it's been two days, and I still haven't received the money.

The staff is great: polite, courteous, helpful and genuinely nice. We had a corporate training and Patrick took care of everything like a pro. Rooms were clean. Pool and gym were good and convenient.

Décor needs a refresh.

The location was excellent and we didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast for a short time.

Convenient, clean & comfortable

Good sized family room, didn't feel cramped, even with a sofa bed, like a lot of family rooms do. Free airport shuttle was excellent and always on time.

The breakfast is located in what looks like a privatly owned business within the hotel. It consisted of a choice of 3 menu options with orange juice OR tea OR coffee and we were only allowed 2 adult breakfasts despite paying for a room for 4 people. Very strange!
