Hotel Oliveto

The hotel was nice! It was a shame work was ongoing but that can’t be helped. The pool area was lovely and lots of sunbeds. The reception staff were very helpful. My children loved the crepes at breakfast.

I felt that whilst the room was clean, it was the small things that were a shame. You got a kettle in your room, a few tea bags and sugar but no milk or coffee. On the first day I drank the tea but it was never replaced. I am sure if I asked I could have got it sorted but I just got extra stuff at breakfast. There was paper disposal cups in the room for all drinks, they were never replaced throughout the week which was a bit disappointing, we were using the same cups for coffee and then water. Whilst this is a family hotel, I am not sure other holiday makers accepted this. We have 2 children, 8 and 11, I felt very uncomfortable around the pool due to looks from other holiday makers when my kids were having fun in the pool. I did nothing but tell them to stop being kids which is unfair, it’s their holiday too, whilst that is not the hotels fault, it as a real shame. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend for families.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel, loved the refurbished rooms, nice, bright and clean. Breakfast has improved, brilliant selection, fresh and something for everyone, fresh pancakes and crepes made daily, great selection of herbal teas. Staff polite friendly and very helpful. Tried the new spa and it was amazing

Siamo tornati per la terza volta in questo hotel, Camera pulita e cambio asciugamani odierno quindi nulla da dire. Colazione come sempre abbondante e varia. Personale molto cordiale e sempre attento

La moquette datata da l’idea del trascurato e non pulito.. speravo dopo anni di non trovarla più e invece..

Fint basseng med senger ,bord og parasoller i et hyggelig uteområde. Egen bar ved bassenget . Godt utvalg ved frokost.Egen kokk som lager pannekaker i helgene.

Dette er ikke et 4 stjerners hotell Vårt rom var slitent med etterlatenskaper fra forrige beboer flere dager etter at vi flyttet inn. Ekstremt lytt.Billige plaststoler på veranda. Pappkopper på bad og ved vannkoker.2 teposer ved ankomst,ble ikke erstattet ved bruk(var der i 10 dager ) Dette er et byggeområde (de utvider hotellet mot bassenget) Vanskelig å stille vannet i dusjen da kranen falt av ved innstilling .

Location is good around 15min walk into town. Very close to the lake. Hotel is quite dated, rooms are large and spacious with a nice balcony - we had a view of the pool. Hotel is being renovated so building work being undertaken which spoils abit of the view.. Beds comfortable, bathroom needs some TLC - mould around shower, cracks in tiles. Staff - friendly and very helpful about things to do and places to see. Breakfast - hot food was not very hot, eggs bacon and hash browns was very bland however fruits, pastries, cold meats and cheese were nice. Again decor could do with an update.

Buona posizione dell hotel, ottime dimensioni e esposizione piscina, camera spaziosa, personale disponibile e gentile.

Struttura da rinnovare, pulizia parti comuni e camera appena discreta (moquette vecchia, poco pulita. Nei corridoi/scale polvere e ragnatele. La colazione potrebbe migliorare con qualche attenzione in piu.
