Nothing was good honestly, from the service to the actual room .

To check in at the front desk took about 20 minutes. The receptionist was very unprofessional . I then went to the room and the first thing I seen was a cockroach by my feet when I went to the bathroom .Totally disgusting and unacceptable. There was another one that was in the closet , looking very comfortable while I felt the opposite. The bed had multiple stains on them that looked like dried blood . Even inside the lamp next to the bed was covered in filth , also the refrigerator, the microwave, the walls , even the ceiling!

The cigarette smell everywhere as soon as you walk in the building... microwave in my room did not work. Tv did not work. The shower barely had hot water. The room smell was horrible.

They advertise a breakfast….hot water, tea bags, instant coffee, “crappy” muffins (the desk persons words, not mine). Hair dryer didn’t work; there was a huge hole in the screen where someone must have ripped to smoke; the reclining chair didn’t….when we told the desk person about these issues, her answer was “oh”

Cockroaches in room right on counter in plain sight. Do not book here. Multiple cockroaches in room. As soon as we walked into the room there were bugs right on the countertop in sight near door.
