Red Roof Inn Columbus - Hebron

It worked for what we needed.

No continental breakfast, limited coffee, back security lock not working and in general it needs a MAJOR upgrade. On scale of 1 to 10, maybe a 3.

The A/C wasn’t working, the water in the bathroom was brown, and the bed was iffy. The only service I received was coffee in the lobby.

Close to racetrack

Not there fault to be short staffed…

The property just needs to be modernized. Linoleum floors in my room instead of carpet. A patched shower floor.

Very bad I would sleep in street batter

I liked that I could have my pet there

Didn't like the last for two days and then I got one I didn't like that there was no ice I didn't like that the AC leak and nearly worked

Will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. This location needs to be closed!! Room was so dirty we had to be moved to a different room which wasn’t much better. Window was broken and held shut by a pole, stains on sheets, towels and in shower and toilet. Horrible metallic smell in water and cigarette smoke so heavy I had a sore throat in the morning from breathing it in. Dirt on the floor. One of the beds in room was broken and tilted down. Seriously don’t think hotel has ever had a good scrub down. Avoid this motel at all cost.

Stayed here for one night with family and will NEVER stay at a RedRoof Inn again!! Booked a double queen bed room. When I checked in the lady at the desk tried to give me one king bed- not going to work for 4 of us. Gave us two double beds instead. Room was on first floor. Window was broken and wouldn’t stay locked or shut, had a bar holding it closed. Dirt on floor, stains on sheets and towels, chair peeling, stains in toilet, flys all over room, and you could hear people stomping upstairs. My husband complained to front desk. They put us on second floor in someone’s else’s room who had not checked in yet. The second room was not much better. Stains on comforters, towels. Toilet and shower. Smoke smell and neighbors who were smoking all night so that the room and our clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. Water smelled like metal. Tried to find another motel close by, but they were all booked. Don’t stay here!!! They should be paying money to people who stay here. Motel needs an over haul with new management and cleaners along with a good remodel. If not then it needs to be shut down!
