A very comfortable two-night stay. Excellent and helpful staff. While it's a reasonably large motel it feels friendly and inviting. Good breakfasts. Would stay there on our next visit to Christchurch.

We had an excellent stay at Pavilions Hotel. The staff were outstanding — friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special mention to Brian, the manager, who was extremely professional and made our stay even more enjoyable with his exceptional service. As motel owners ourselves, we have stayed at many hotels and motels throughout Christchurch, and we can honestly say that Pavilions is one of the best. The quality of service, attention to detail, and overall experience truly stood out. Highly recommended, and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Location is very good. We were able to walk everywhere including to Riverside Market, Botanical Gardens, Quake City, and good restaurants. Our room was very big and bright, and well stocked. The hotel is on a busy road, but our room was far back enough that it was surprisingly quiet. Parking spots are located right out the door.

One reason we chose this hotel was because of the free breakfast. However, there were very few healthy choices. The scrambled eggs were very watery, the bacon was undercooked, and other choices were limited.

Nice relaxed breakfast with a great selection of food.

No lift to the first-floor room. Luckily it wasn't raining, the stairway is exposed. Early morning Travellers congregated at the top of the stairway at some easily hour, shouting to each other in mandarin.
