Red Roof Inn & Suites Houston – Humble/IAH Airport

Hotel has accessible road to freeway and the area was safe. The hotel seemed under staffed but front clerk Pedro went out of his way for me. You get what you pay for.

Beds were comfortable. Room was nice.

Water pressure in the shower was bad. Had a small TV that was hard to see.

The staff was very helpful.

I ended up not staying. The staff showed me a room in the first floor and when I went in, the bed comforter had holes from what it looked like cigarette burns (even though I selected non smoking). The room smelled like someone smoked in the room. The staff them took me to another room in the second floor, which smelled like cigarette as well and when I looked at the bathroom there was a cockroach on the sink. I have stayed at another Red Roof and it was wonderful so I assumed it was the same, but to my surprise it was not. I told the staff and he mentioned he was going to process the refund in his end. Would not recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I liked about your location. My room had Bedbugs and then the room he moved me to TV did not work in the light fixture in the bathroom was gone

The fact that I have Bedbugs, I should have been accommodated better the man act like I was lying about the sheets, not being clean he came to my room to check the sheets, then lied about only having one sheet

AC good, hot shower good except sheets were stained and mattress was hard.

Very awful hotel roaches and no amenities
