Rooms and suites are very luxurious and upscale,

Front desk reception was excellent and even allowed us to check in early!

I believe I left my secondary phone there. I called and spoke with front desk staff who told me I needed to call back in 15-30 mins so she could check the lost and found. I called back in 30 and she said I needed to call back later because the guy I needed to ask would be in later. Then she said he just came in and took my number, but I never heard back.

Mr.Lawrence was extremely helpful and nice

water pressure bad toilet kept getting clogged up, having to call for a plumber to come. no complimentary breakfast. overpriced rates for regular standard rooms that are exactly the same as a holiday inn. very disappointed with our stay considering how high the prices are, and on top of that having to pay for parking! that minor detail should be included in the description of the stay and prices.

Everything was amazing. My classmates had complaint about their hotel and when I showed them mine, they were jealous and wished they booked with Renaissance instead. Breakfast was amazing. Room spacious and clean. I will definitely come back.
